WEBSITE ASSISTANT MODULE
The WA’s purpose is to help customers that request assistance while visiting (browsing through) a website. The WA will manage new customers and members accordingly. Meaning that it will use previous information on members to better serve and assist them, while gathering the proper information from the new customers. MaVen trains any digital employee to orient any customer through any website, answer all of any customer’s questions concerning any website it has been trained for, as well as, it’s services and it’s products as of how to use them, their features, their guarantees, cost, financing, shipping, return policies, payments etc.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT MODULE
The PA manages suppliers, orders product, manages invoices, returns to suppliers, warranties and banking activities. It will work in conjunction with the Analytic Module and follow the competition. The PA also manages accounting and assists the Website owner on all accounting tasks. To achieve this, the PA has been trained the same way as the WA (website assistant), but with a data set dedicated for personal assistance.
ANALYTIC MODULE
The AM’s primary focus is on Google Analytics, Shopify, and Campaign Systems that make your entire website / online store data available at your fingertips. By a simple request, as would a human, the digital employee will generate reports instantly. The digital employee is able to discern dates, derive the meaning of words and assign them to categories, and generate the reports that you need most.
PUSH MODULE
The PM module will create awareness for any product or service through a series of announcements on every social media platform. Using pre- created promotional material (clips, images, text etc...), the digital employee will push updated promotional material regularly. It will track and follow similar activities on the internet and keep you aware through a status report.
