AI MODULES
All AI Modules (website assistant, personal assistant, analytics and push) contain pre-trained datasets which allow MaVen to build specific Digital Employees' for all spheres of activities. All Digital Employee’s, are dedicated Conversational AI that uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) to understand and speak in coherent and human-like sentences. This allows the WA to sort through someone’s sentence to find meaningful terms and phrases that the WA will use to prepare its response. For whichever created Digital Employee, it’s purpose is to accomplish it’s tasks that it was created for and better serve and assist people, while gathering the proper information to even better serve them later.
To achieve this, (in the example of the website assistant) the Digital Employee has been trained to orient the customers through the website, answer all of the customers questions concerning the website, it’s services and the products as of how to use them, their features, their guarantees, cost, financing, shipping, return policies, payments etc.
To begin, a character is created, a woman/girl, man/boy or any other fictional character. Then a digital voice is selected (or created) and attributed to the character. The character will either be voice only, text only or have a 2D/3D appearance. In the case that it is visible, the WA will have a set of dedicated corporeal and facial animations in sync with the moods. Once the character is created, the WA is then trained with the set of skills and knowhow it will need to play it’s role of WA according to the website that it is designated for.
Once properly trained, the WA will know that if someone were to say, “I bought a television yesterday,” the Conversational AI would sort out that ”television” is the noun, and “bought” is the verb. The Conversational AI uses neural network algorithms to detect intent.
If a customer says, ”The product I have received is defective” the Conversational AI will remember its training as an after sales service agent. the WA will know that in the case of a defect product, the customer’s intent is typically to obtain one of the following options as to either, get a return number, obtain a replacement or a credit to his account/credit card.

CREATE YOUR DIGITAL EMPLOYEE IN 3 EASY STEPS :
Speak or write what you are trying to accomplish at each step in natural language and MaVen will build the digital assistant as you go along.

Give the new digital employee a name, then select an area of specialisation. This will access already existing and available knowledge relevant to that subject.
Then attribute a specific set(s) of skills (choose from our library or create your own) by accessing the process designer. A stage (step) status bar highlights how much work has been done and how much work is left before launching the Digital Employee.
To attribute or begin creating the skills for a new Digital Employee, creators access an add intent/skill button and provide a name, a description and at least one utterance that will trigger this new skill. A built in paraphrase button will allow creators to access a set of existing paraphrases from our data base for them to use. The creator checks the ones he/she wishes to keep or may add additional ones. Once all skill sets are attributed hit the train key and wait for the process to terminate. This may take a few hours depending on the amount of skills have been attributed.
Once the training is terminated, the new Digital Employee is created and this new WA will greet the user by saying hello and ask what it can do for them.
The D.E. is then saved and will run from the website it has been created for.
